My Background

Before this, I built and ran a product-based business—managing inventory, orders, customers, marketing, and everything in between.

And like most small business owners, I didn’t have a team. I had to figure it all out myself.

What I realized pretty quickly was this:

The difference between a business that feels chaotic… and one that runs smoothly… isn’t more hustle.

It’s systems.

The Turning Point

Over time, the part of the business I naturally leaned into wasn’t just creating products—it was organizing everything behind the scenes.

I was constantly:

• organizing processes
• simplifying how things ran

Not just in my own business, but for others too.

And after going through some major life challenges, I knew one thing for sure:

I didn’t want to rebuild something that depended on constant output and chaos.

I wanted to build something that actually helped people run their businesses better.
